Major League Baseball today announced the list of celebrities and legends scheduled to participate in the All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game on Sunday, July 15th at Nationals Park. Included in the star-studded roster are names from movies, television, music and sports.
Participants scheduled to appear include:
Jamie Foxx – Academy Award-winning actor
Jennie Finch – Softball Olympian
Quincy Brown – Actor, Star
Ashley Greene – Actress, Twilight
Chris Jackson – Actor, Hamilton
Skai Jackson – Actress, Bunk’d
Brian Kelley – Florida Georgia Line
Tim Kurkjian – ESPN analyst
Dascha Polanco – Actress, Orange is the New Black
Taylor Kinney – Actor, Chicago Fire
Brandon Larracuente – Actor, 13 Reasons Why
J.R. Martinez – Actor, author, veteran
Jessica Mendoza – ESPN analyst
Mike “The Miz” Mizanin – WWE wrestler
Bill Nye – Scientist
Josh Norman – Washington Redskins
Scott Rogowsky – Comedian and Host
John Wall – Washington Wizards
Legends scheduled to participate include Hall of Famer Andre Dawson, Two-time All-Star Steve Finley, Former All-Star and MLB Network Analyst Cliff Floyd, Five-time All-Star Torii Hunter, Former All-Star and MLB Network Analyst Carlos Peña, Hall of Famer Tim Raines and Five-time All-Star Bernie Williams.
Additionally, Wounded Warriors Softball Team players Sargent Jonathan Herst and Sargent Cody Rice will join the rosters.
As previously announced, Shaquille O’Neal, also known as “DJ Diesel”, will perform during Sunday’s Legends and Celebrity Softball Game and fans in attendance will get a two-song set from superstar duo Florida Georgia Line live in Nationals Park.
The All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game is the second game of a doubleheader at Nationals Park on All-Star Sunday, July 15th. Preceding the softball game will be the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game featuring the top Minor League prospects competing in a nine-inning contest, live on MLB Network, MLB.com and SiriusXM.
